ParticipantI think the question is more appropriate to ask “where then when” not “when and where”. Once you know where, you can figure out when as the clock is different for various locales. I’ll take heat but i’ll say it anyway. It’s not just where and when but just importantly what. Finding a house oyu actually like is much harder than most piggies think. If I was looking in a desireable locale, I would be looking in earnest this coming Summer and be ready to pull the trigger between Late September and mid-December if I found something I loved that seemed to be a great value for the current market at the time.

ParticipantLet me know how You like it. If you cant find it, I can point you in its direction. It’s my favorite wine shoppe top seller.
What could be better than a Donovan’s steak and a bottle of Carnival? How about an Austrailian Lobster Tail entree as the appetizer.

Had a bottle of Carnival of Love with dinner at Donovan’s last Tuesday. It was wonderful. Keep looking.sdr
FYI, if you like HUGE wines but dont always want to pay huge prices my personal fave is ALMVS7. It’s a bordeaux style blend (57% Cab, 27% Merlot & 16% Cab franc) from Napa that I can get for about $35.
