    Unfortunately that seems to be the sentiment I hear from agents all over town. Short sales require lots of handholding and communication. Thats not possible when you are sitting on 200 short sale listings.

    Just starting? Absolutely NOT! They have been declining for a couple years and are down a solid 20%.

    Check out Bistro West next time just west of the 5 off Cannon Road. It’s odd because it looks like a truckstop/gas station/motel/dinner but it is truly one of the best places to dine around Carlsbad. You will score much bigger points there than Kings.

    Check out Bistro West next time just west of the 5 off Cannon Road. It’s odd because it looks like a truckstop/gas station/motel/dinner but it is truly one of the best places to dine around Carlsbad. You will score much bigger points there than Kings.
