Just to be clear… You are expecting the same people who didn’t understand the loan terms in their loan documents to understand the insurance settlement provisions in their loan doc?

“And one large class of ARM borrowers – as many as half, according to Gumbinger – may not get a break because their loans are tied to LIBOR, the London Interbank Offered Rate. And those rates have been rising: Short-term LIBOR rates are above 5.5 percent, versus 5.33 percent 30 days earlier.”
Does this mean that the Fed cut today will have minimal impact in CA where there are a lot of ARM borrowers?

Joe Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock (MADE IN JAPAN) for 6am. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA ) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor (MADE IN HONG KONG ). He put on a dress shirt ( MADE IN SRI LANKA ), designer jeans ( MADE IN! SINGAPORE ) and tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA ). After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA, he sat down with his calculator ( MADE IN MEXICO ) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN ) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA ) he got in his car ( MADE IN GERMANY ) filled it with GAS from Saudi Arabia and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB . At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day checking his Computer (Made In Malaysia ), Joe decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL ) pou red himself a glass of wine ( MADE IN FRANCE.! France!! ) and turned on his TV (MADE IN INDONESIA ), and then wondered why he can’t find a good paying job in AMERICA.
sdgalParticipantIs this site still focused on covering the housing bubble? I am a little bit confused because lately a lot of NON-HOUSING related posts seem to be creeping into this site. People bashed powayseller for posting too much but at least she posted about housing related information.
As a person who checks this site at least four to five times a day, lately I find myself being turned off by this site, especially when I see JG’s postings.
Please keep your political and religious views to yourself and keep this site focused on its original purpose.
