Does this mean that the Fed cut today will have minimal impact in CA where there are a lot of ARM borrowers?

Regarding comments about outsourcing, below is a funny (but too real) related email a friend sent me:

After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA, he sat down with his calculator ( MADE IN MEXICO ) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN ) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA ) he got in his car ( MADE IN GERMANY ) filled it with GAS from Saudi Arabia and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB . At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day checking his Computer (Made In Malaysia ), Joe decided to relax for a while. Is this site still focused on covering the housing bubble? I am a little bit confused because lately a lot of NON-HOUSING related posts seem to be creeping into this site. People bashed powayseller for posting too much but at least she posted about housing related information.

As a person who checks this site at least four to five times a day, lately I find myself being turned off by this site, especially when I see JG’s postings.

Please keep your political and religious views to yourself and keep this site focused on its original purpose.
