ParticipantSeems like a doing a simple study in other areas similar to the counts done in Carlsbad would be a good, inexpensive start. WHat is the count in PB, CV, CLMT, the other CV, etc ? This will at tell you if it is a red herring or not. Looking at pet statisics may be interesting, too.
