ParticipantAnyone who can look themselves in the face and acknowledge that they’re not comprimising has almost certainly done right by themself. There are times and markets when concessions must be made, but this certainly doesn’t seem like one of those times.
From everything I can tell from what oxford’s posted, he seems to have done himself well. Congratulations (and doesn’t matter what I think anyway).

ParticipantI like the first sentence from the third paragraph:
Economists warn the expansion is fragile and will have staying power only if consumers start spending more money.
Sounds (almost) like something from The Onion.
I’m with tg though, kinda ready for sucktown to be over.

Participantand AN, maybe you could come back with something sustantive, like “Most apps on the iPhone are just noise.”
In that case, you might have something, seeing that recent surveys indicate that only 15,000 out of over 65,000 apps available have been downloaded at all.
Then, I could at least come back with, yeah, but if you look at the built-in apps, Apple’s done a better job of making each one of them useful. And then, you could say… well, you get the idea.
Which brings me back to flu and just a reminder that if you think it’s hard to find good engineers, the really hard part is coming up with a product that will appeal to consumers. You’ve got a great idea, right?
