    Yeah, I think ok is a pragmatic assessment. Ok is, well, okay. One could do worse.

    And if you feel slightly than ok, well, that’s okay too!

    Yes, congratulations scaredy! We signed off on ours as well, so at least we’ll be going down together. It would have been nice to take CA renter with us.

    If, during this catastrophic earthquake, your gas line should break and subsequently ignite and burn the house to the ground, it will be covered by your standard homeowners policy.

    At least, this is how it’s been explained to me by some folks who will probably take up smoking again when the big one hits. (it’s stressful, you know…)

    If, during this catastrophic earthquake, your gas line should break and subsequently ignite and burn the house to the ground, it will be covered by your standard homeowners policy.

    At least, this is how it’s been explained to me by some folks who will probably take up smoking again when the big one hits. (it’s stressful, you know…)
