Participanthpi– The price for all homes in Del Sur is lower than it was in September, so don’t know what you’re talking about there.

ParticipantTell me, is Texas representative of all states without prop 13 (like) legislation? I’m just curious because it always seems to be the example put forth as to where things will go without it.

ParticipantYes, meadandale, that’s a perfectly unbiased source–the folks who penned the proposition in the first place.

ParticipantDepends on the religious person, of course. My opinion is that those that have an unwavering, almost childlike faith, are much more easily manipulated. Those that question their faith, much less so.

ParticipantThat’s standard salesman patter. What better way to create a sense of urgency? And thank you for asking Mr. Buyer.
I remember hearing the same question/answer comment at another development over a year ago. What happened in the meantime? Prices dropped over $100K.
Pienza’s in the same boat if you consider they sold as Silvercrest a year ago.

ParticipantYeah, sorry, you probably are paying too much. From the sounds of it, at least 1000 bucks a month.
Location/property does matter, but given that estimated sale price is a good proxy for that, it shouldn’t rent for anything near that.
