Wow, I’d love to see the data you have to support that correlation. greekfire could just as easily have plenty of material “wealth” (not that I’m generally advocating materialism/consumerism).

I lived almost exactly that close, just a bit further west and you wouldn’t even notice the noise, even in the backyard. In the summer, from the second story, you could hear cars if the windows were open, but it’s so dead after 9 or so, no big deal.
The bigger concern, though, might be the street it’s on. I notice that it’s fairly long, so it would seem to carry more traffic (even though it is residential). Mostly a concern for those with kids.
