ParticipantThe short list of the straight shooters is hard to find. I’m still looking. Maybe I’m using the wrong keywords.Anyone wanna help?
And yes ten years later these people deserve to be fired. We should start voting for long term thinkers.
And your opinions in general; What do you think about OpenSecrets.org? So far they seem pretty straight to me. At least less spun than Fox News or the NY Times.

Participant“…some of the income from the rental units when you are qualifying for the loan…”
That’s also what I was trying to verify.
The guy I was talking to said that there was 100% down but I’m thinking that was pre 2006-7.
So one could keep buying live in 4-plex’s over and over without going 35% down?
Even at 20% down I would have to go hard money but I don’t think that anything would pencil until one to two years from now.
Do you know any brokers that are good at creative deals?

ParticipantFor anyone who believes the gateway theory.
Go and sit in on an AA or NA meeting and ask the room if they would have still found themselves addicted to something if pot had never existed.

ParticipantDoes anyone here know about fisheyes for Nikon?
I noticed this one made by the company that makes my, ahem….inexpensive screw-on attachment.

Have you seen any reviews on it?
Also have you had any experience with the Pelang or Belomo fisheyes?
