ParticipantI make the regular drive around 92115, 91941 and 91942. It seems there are more properties for sale than are on Realtor.com.
I’m seeing a few properties that were for sale six months to a year ago still for sale but not online.
Just my two cents. Wait and see I guess.

Cause I think we both know the answer is rather painfully obvious. Actions speak louder than words and the media has been verbally blowing Obama since the beginning. I think it was NPR that did a study that showed the media’s ‘Obama bias’. It was rather strong, far stronger than Clinton or Bush in their first few years. They arnt gonna stop now.[/quote]
When even NPR is calling an “Obama Bias” then you know it’s really bad.
