i just saw the property over the weekend and it looked ok, homes are flying off the market in MM…
i m wondering why this one is still on the market, does anyone have any info on this property?
sd92128ParticipantFrom my understanding, it’s an investment property.
Owner 3 put in double the down payment vs owner 1&2, loan in owner 1 only due to bad credit for owner 2&3.
Owner 3 thinks if he signs off, he won’t get quitclaimed back on.
What happens if owner 1 decides to let the home go into foreclosure, how will that affect owner 2 & 3 since they are not on the loan?

sd92128Participantthey definitely will have no problem selling these units, i say over 50% of the homeowners will be from qualcomm
sd92128ParticipantJust came back from there, Plan 1 was the best layout out of the three… i like that there is not formal living room, which makes the kitchen/family room combo feel alot bigger.
Also the cover patio option is a great addition, great use of space and makes the appeal of the home much more inviting…
pricing for plan one was around 650k.
Sales agent lady told me HOA sb around 180 (for common area and a mini park like area)…which means u don’t get squat…$180 x 130-140 homes… = a whole lot of money….February 12, 2012 at 1:40 PM in reply to: 329 Camino Del Postigo Escondido 92029, Anyone know about this development? #737788sd92128ParticipantI saw the elementary school’s API and it’s pretty good, middle and high school within the boundary area is not that great in terms of API…
I like this area bc it’s gated, however there are HOA dues of $190.00, I don’t even think there’s a community pool or tennis court.
Price is decent bc the homes are newer, I m looking to stay around 550k
