Great catches. As soon as I posted, I realized I forgot the property taxes…but you’re right (SDG&E) and Insurance should be up there..so

Car Insurance % for both carsEasy conclusion folks…..no way someone can afford San Diego’s RE prices……so the roller coaster value is still on its way down.

You are quite right about the accuracy of the gender news from sonograms. We were told it’s a girl, but it took a loong time because her ackward position 🙂
Hmm….I was hoping for a boy, so I can have a true fishing/hunting partner…….ehhh, I guess girls can do that nowadays anyway 🙂
If not…I’ll recruit fellow piggs as fishing/hunting buddies……
I’m getting drunk tonight………that’s good news any way I look at it.
