ParticipantThe home is on Arbolitos and was on our target.
It will be interesting to see what they will try to resell it at. The home is in the cul de sac but backs down the slope to Twin Peaks. Still they should be able to turn a pretty good profit. Opening bid on that was supposed to be in the mid 400s so it ran hard.

ParticipantCash for keys… The new owners of the home, whether it is a bank or investors need to get the occupants out. Thus they offer them cash to get out. That is what I meant.
Common reasons for cash deals range from condition of the property to seasoning issues right? The 90 day seasoning is something that may be putting this on hold for financing for now.

The trust deed has not been recorded so we do not know the deadline for removing the tenants but yes they do have the 90 days per the earlier post in the thread. The new owners may have offered them cash for keys though so it is hard to say.
