ParticipantWhat I can tell you is that trying to tell who is doing what at the auctions by what they have with them or how they look is useless. The fact of the matter is that pretty much everyone there is looking to purchase and resell. Very few if any are making a primary purpose. Some do it themselves, some are doing it as representatives for larger groups. Young or old, notebooks in hand or nothing in hand, they all are in that category. The only other category are a few people looking at the process to learn it, and a very few primary buyers here and there. It was not me there today. I have been there alot but not today.

ParticipantThere is no fix to spending what you cannot have. You didn’t honestly think they were going to actually keep spending according to the revenues did you? Don’t worry, we will see the same mess next year.

ParticipantThe home is on Arbolitos and was on our target.
It will be interesting to see what they will try to resell it at. The home is in the cul de sac but backs down the slope to Twin Peaks. Still they should be able to turn a pretty good profit. Opening bid on that was supposed to be in the mid 400s so it ran hard.
