    Not true 4plex. We flip our homes and say the same thing about as is and without repair or warranty and most of them have been financed.

    I think out of the 10 homes we purchased at trustee sale I know at least 3 of them had owners who had other homes in foreclosure as well. If I dug down probably the number is even higher.

    JP that is pretty funny. Actually though, after thinking about it, I kind of like that. If you think about it, at least there is not the old double ended advantage for the listing agent right?
