ParticipantI think that a 3 year horizon is not bad LA. If we can get the bond market to flush out then we should see some real depreciation. We just need a tightening of credit and a more stringent policy regarding debt accumulation on the consumer and federal level!

ParticipantI see it different. I have a few friends who have served and been called up. One of the tenants in a rental I have has served as well. I saw first hand the stress that the entire family had to endure during his deployments. Not cool at all. Makes localized public service jobs look like a joke. Makes union jobs look even sillier.

However that is only personal preference as I don’t like any of the planned communities with MR or HOA fees. I am much more interested in larger lots. An older home that needs work is okay with me as long as the lot is what I like and the schools and neighborhood are okay.
