Excellent posts Diego… Yeah I had not even considered building on it, that is a whole can of worms and I am not sure I would ever do it… Maybe a deck or something but not anything that is bigtime structural.

I like pools alot… as long as they are at someone elses home!

There are previous postings on this. Not cheap but it will not break the bank either. Use a licensed contractor who will do this with the proper permits that are necessary when you remove/fill in an in ground pool. AN posted some links on this before.
