I suppose just trying to get an opinion that IF I was to consider to buy now, would it be Kosher to try to get a price like this? Just a bit new to the San Diego market as far as buying is concerned. I have inquired agents with prices in the area and it seems that people often make offers of up to 100k less.

Ha Ha, well thanks for the advice, maybe I’ll come back around to it when it goes back towards the 2000 selling price of 209k, I can wish right. I don’t know how the current owner would feel about a 50% price cut, however.

Thanks for the comments guys. I had this idea looking at it but it has the charm I like and the location is quite ideal. The size and PPSF, however, are not so appealing. I guess my vision was clouded by the charm of the house. Thanks guys, but do you really think something like this will really drop below 300k in the next few years?
