    How long do you think it will be until we’d see the nominal prices of late 2008- early 2009 (assuming rate stay about the same)? More than 1 year? I am not sure what the lows were then – but if the prices drop 10% at least like many predict for 2011, wouldn’t PQ be there in a year?

    Thanks a bunch, SD R! I was waiting for these kind of stats. Sounds like we’ll have a hard time finding a 4/3 2000sf in PQ at 500K…But I can wait…I think the prices are going to continue to drop.

    That IS a good price – for THAT HUGE UC lot and if it has been upgraded in the last 10 years. Too tiny for us, but hopefully the prices there will start to go a little more. I know what BG says. But Hope springs eternal…or something like that…;=)

    That’s fine, one can disagree with another and tell the other that he/she is wrong and try to prove it, but there are better ways to express that than personal attacks. If anything those substract from the power of your more impersonal views/arguments. Really, name calling is childish and doesn’t prove anything.
