ParticipantI didn’t even think you could get a 4.25% on a FHA loan, which presumably is also above 417K. And 33% off the peak? and a good house that your hubbie likes and you will grow to like it too? It’s AWESOME! You won’t regret it! There is a tradeoff between prices and rates – but I don’t think it will be worth waiting for, especially when you consider the rent down the drain. I envy you being able to garden now. I am very excited and happy for you guys. You worked hard and long and you got a awesome deal.
