I wonder if SD R and others can chime in about the housing market in SR? What was the trend and where is it going?Personally I am interested more in the low end (500K range and below), including townhouses. Do you think those are close to the local “bottom”?

I didn’t even know that you COULD have less than 1% returns on a CD – they should be embarassed. I’d rather keep my money in a safe at home.
