ParticipantWhile the concept of Bubbles that the authors of Aftershock has a lot of merit, I don’t think the situation is going to be as bad as they describe it there. It’s a possibility certainly, but just because they were right once, shouldn’t be the main argument why we should listen to them.

ParticipantThe noise from 56 is noticeable in the properties with even numbers – i.e.backing into 56. We went into one a while back.But only in the back yards. It wouldn’t bother us much because we’d commute at those rush hours when the noise is worse…Inside the house – noise from 56 wasn’t a problem. But perhaps we are more tolerant to white noise than others.
