A rifle and/or shotgun would be a good idea. Some small game traps. At least get a decent pellet gun.
Also a water purification filter and some chlorine tabs.Once the food runs out (and there is no government infrastructure in place to provide any more) you’ll have to head for the hills and hunt for your own. Plenty of rabbits and other small game to get for food. Print out instructions on how to properly gut & clean them for consumption.
