I concur
92128 is the North County foreclosure leader. Imo the price is off by a third.Personally I prefer corner lots, even on busy streets.

Same here. Joined them in 2000 and couldn’t be happier.
The only minor gripe: you can open a certificate online, but when it’s about to mature your must go to the office to cancel automatic renewal.
