So from what I understand the HELOC gives you the extra money to be able to drop a very large payment at certain times to enable you to shorten the life of the loan. I’m just wondering how often you would have to make these large payments and when the house is paid off how much debt you would you have accrued with the HELOC?
Actually the plan seems pretty simple. Its doing what everyone ells says you can do on your own except using a HELOC loan as leverage to be able to increase your payment at certain times.
The software is there just to remind you when to make payments and not get into trouble. I don’t really see how this could be bad. Maybe I’m missing something.November 4, 2007 at 10:15 PM in reply to: Payoff Mortgage in 1/3 the time without doing anything different? #95774salo_tParticipantSo from what I understand the HELOC gives you the extra money to be able to drop a very large payment at certain times to enable you to shorten the life of the loan. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t that big chunk of money the HELOC? Part of the plan is securing a HELOC to get the ball rolling at least thats what I get out of it.

salo_tParticipantI’m fully aware that FOX has built a strong base but at the same time I wouldn’t say that they are the last name in news. I find that when I watch FOX that its geared towards scaring people and skewing facts to create a story that will make viewers stick around and keep watching. Lets face it news channels are not that entertaining so some of them take it a little further to keep people interested.
I find that of all the news channels FOX is the goofiest of them all and I don’t mean to insult anybody that enjoys that channel, thats just my experience.salo_tParticipantI’m fully aware that FOX has built a strong base but at the same time I wouldn’t say that they are the last name in news. salo_tParticipantFox news huh? If the National Enquirer had a TV show it would compete with FOX news.
