Thank you all for the info. The report was provided by the seller and the seller pays for the inspection and repair. It cost 5K due to the size of the house — 5300sq? It’s OK since I not the one pick up the bill. The inspection company is called “US Termite”.
My concern are the severity of the termite damage and side affect of fumigation. Will there be any toxic left over? I have son who is allergic to lots of stuffs.
I will try to call the inspection company for detail.

RoosterOrChickenParticipantUCGal,
Any info on “10055 Winecrest Rd”? This is a REO. However, it seems to be on and off market 3 times. Normally REO sell quickly. This one is very fishy. I have seen the property. It is pretty bad. The guy ripped up all the appliances, jack-hammered the floor, broke the water pipe. I was think of giving a low ball offer but freaking out. Any suggestion?Date Event Price Appreciation Source

Now it is sold for 865K??? The previous owner must had made it a truely barebone house. I hope the drywall is still there.
BTW, recordsclerk, you seem to be super when digging out the records. I saw some of your other posts.
