ParticipantIt’s nice that he’s throwing in free childcare. Afterall, we’ll need everyone to work in order to pay for all of these “freebies”. We wouldn’t want anyone staying home to care for their kids.

ParticipantI believe the first-time homebuyer’s programs have an income limit of something around $90K, if I remember correctly. I don’t see how someone making just $90K could afford anything but a condo or a 1500 SFR (in limited locations).
