    Absolutely. Not looking for a particular response. Just throwing it out there. The people that built those homes over 100 years ago, thought life was grand, and it was, then, for them. Yes, the paintings will be haunting. It is all really existential….

    Brian…can you explain? I thought PVC was top notch. Why did they have to get re-piped? And, with what? Copper pipes?

    Using Zillow 1 year ago:
    1) Rental property owned $130K
    2) House on multiple property that I rent: $380K

    Using Zillow today:
    1) Rental property owned $178K
    2) House on multiple property that I rent: $450K

    Cyberhomes today:
    1) Rental property $230K
    2) House on multiple property that I rent: Not found.

    My personal opinion:
    1) Rental house would sell for $150K
    2) House on multiple property that I rent would sell for $500+
