From the birds eye view looks like the home takes up most of the lot. 1644sqft 3bd 2ba home on a 3645 lot. More then likely this will be a flip and we will see a resale price in the next couple of months. Not sure how the eviction part will turn out, probably cash for keys. If not cash for keys, probably 90 day eviction notice. Location is south of University between 30th and where 805/15 merge.
