ParticipantThese properties are comparable to the the Babbling Brook property. These interiors are more upgraded. The Babbling Brook property has a better location/lot except for the this first comp.

Obviously I’m just selecting the ones that prove my point, while there at least 4 other properties that justify the listing price or higher. I’m more of a price shopper, then a fall in love with a house kind of guy. There are too many homes in that area that fit my parameters to overpay.

I would rather pass on this property then over pay. I guess you are correct about not wanting it that bad. This home had very few upgrades for that builder. Inventory is rising and we are getting into the slow season. We are putting down over 30% to get to the 417K loan mark. My realtor is patient and we do our own searches. We preview the home site before we get him involved.
