    There’s a beautiful property on Polvera (18555) in RB 92128 (stucco) that’s been reduced – PUSD schools! I’d go for in heartbeat if my kids were younger!

    ybitz – check to see which side of Francine Terrace this is on – one side backs onto Poway Rd. (noisy) other side is residential.

    Wawanesa was great for years. Had auto only with them, but after fires, I wanted umbrella policy. Wawa did not offer so we went with CSAA.

    Wawa was great for auto; more costly than CSAA, but no umbrella
