ParticipantThat is the low tail of the deviation curve in that complex although with the number of foreclosures over there and buyers getting better prices it make it easier to rent out at a lower price and break even.

If not, I would suggest opening up a Macy’s card to waiting for a sale and buying a complete matching set. It is good furniture, they deliver right to your house and you will enjoy it.
They do not negotiate much but you can get them to throw in the delivery if you badger them a bit. I have owned my furniture for 2 years and have no regrets.
