As of september, loan is in default $23,896
BTW, where do you show that WAMU owns it? Looks like short sale to me.

RatherOpinionatedParticipantThank you sdrealtor. Ex-SD himself believes prices will reach those levels, but by no means does that mean they will. As you just stated, you and all your neighbors will snap them up well before they get anywhere near those levels.
Even at 2003 prices where they are now (right), they are not overpriced for the quality of homeowner in the area.
