Yea, PAC is closest to my work. Any members here care to give their 2 cent? I am interested in weights (real manly weights, not elastic bands and a Soloflex) and cardio.
As for the what’s up with (wid) dat catagory, twice the cost of a car wash for 1/2 the service that I got in the Bay Area? (and I am talking burshless, hand wash car wash in high end Los Altos that had lots of high end German and Italian car customers) While real estate may be a lot cheaper down here, prices for other things seem to be higher. Must be a paradise premium.

raptorduckParticipantWell, after about 10 days in SD, we have been to the beach 10 times (well at least my wife and kids have, divide that by 2 for me), been to the Del Mar Fair, been to Seaport Village and general area twice, been to Balboa park, gone to Hillcrest (Corvette Dinner); been all over, and I mean all over RSF, CV, Del Mar, and Solana Beach; been to Gaslamp, and been down to UTC area 3 times.
I do need to find a good gym. 24hr Fitness is not convenient anymore and the one in Solana Beach has no shower or locker room. What is up with dat!?
Seems like it will be a tough life here, but I will make the sacrafice. π
maicde. I came from the San Francisco Bay Area.
