I’ve been following these South Carlsbad gated beach community areas for years, and it seems that Waters End and Poinsettia Cove mostly fly off the shelf pretty quickly, Hanover Beach rarely comes on the market, the super packed in lower priced San Pacifico sells pretty quickly, but the higher end lagoon view Rosalena units just sit and sit.
What gives?

etc etc.profhoffParticipantDishwasher is a MUST. This is a no-brainer. If you are short on space, get the Paykel drawers. They look smaller and are very high-end.
