ParticipantI’ve been to Encino many times. That house looks overpriced. So Canseco did the right thing to let it go. Good for him.
For someone with his name, he doesn’t really need a FICO score. So why not exercise his option to walk? That’s the smart thing to do.
As far as his divorces are concerned, that’s what you get for marrying bimbos. You date them, but don’t marry them.

Sunset Cliffs is full of little shacks and unless, her parents earned enough to rebuild the house without pulling out equity, they are still living in a little wood bungalow with no insulation.
I bought my house a while ago, much cheaper than my neighbors, but the drop is sure to take down some proud souls.
SD Native sounds like my personal trainer who lives in La Jolla and is always talking about the wonderful houses she house-sits for her “friends.”
