I think most on this thread are clueless (transplants/out of towners?) – for one thing I will *almost* guarantee Temecula is the next Escondido within 20 years or so.

The city has nothing to do with the hospital as they already approved it back in 2006 – at this point it’s primarily up to the company that will own the hospital to get it built.

The value of my house in Temecula is still falling fast – even I can’t believe it. I never bought into the housing hype, but I didn’t think it would go as low as it has. San Diego seems to be holding steady compared to Temecula.
