ParticipantGiven all the issues I’ve had with American origin cars, and after many test drives I ended up with a Toyota Seqouia.
I just could not bring myself to buy a vehicle from an American manufacturer. I’ve been burned one to many times.

Recoveries Remain Resilient
Growing ranks of the great and the good are worried that the global economy, like Humpty Dumpty, will have a great fall, never to be put together again. We understand their apprehension, given our concern since the summer of 2008 about collapsing trend growth.
But in terms of our current assessment of global recession risk, we aren’t ready to join in. This is because the major developed economies aren’t yet in windows of vulnerability that our leading indexes are designed to detect.

We’ve known quite a few people who left for “greener pastures,” and later wished they had their SAN home back, and I certainly wouldn’t want to see this happen to you.[/quote]Could certainly do a lot worse than SAN.

ParticipantIn the case of China and the yuan I think China had no choice due to market forces.
Simply put: China reacted to market forces and had to devalue the yuan.
Not an exact answer, but something to consider.
China has a slowing economy, I guess they had to do something.
But as I understand China also agreed to allow market forces to play a larger role in setting the value of the yuan.
And yet somehow I doubt it’s all that simple.

ParticipantMy understanding is that inventory is pretty low in Temecula. I had very little competition with my listing. Didn’t seem to matter much.
The median home value in Temecula is $395,900. Temecula home values have gone up 1.0% over the past year and Zillow predicts they will rise 3.6% within the next year. The median rent price in Temecula is $1,850, which is higher than the Riverside Metro median of $1,625.

ParticipantIn my experience it’s a bad time to sell. Buyers extremely picky having spent to much time watching HGTV.
Seeking perfection in a starter home, and in the perfect school district of course.

ParticipantSome data to consider:
*In Ferguson, as of Dec 31, 2014 approx. 75% of the towns residents had outstanding arrest warrants
*Nearly 80% of the arrest warrants were for minor traffic offenses.
*Approx 6% of the arrests occured when residents filed complaints against the police -> many arrested for disrespecting the police.
“It’s not the federal government but the local police department that has come to pacify the populace and nullify certain inconvenient Constitutional guarantees. It’s not internationalist coastal elites, but authority-worshipping middle Americans who are marching down the streets with rifles in hand. Friends, neighbors, patriots. “Good people,” LaPierre calls them, along with Rand Paul. When you see them coming, these good people bearing arms, don’t shoot—run.”
