ParticipantI think there has been a few of us here that said starter home and the commuting burbs will bottom first. Period. So no news there.
As far as the doomsayers trying to cover up bad predictions…lol, get over it, the market will take a break this winter. Maybe another 5-10% off…but for 1980’s prices…No. Inflation from the last 30 years have seen to that.
