    They are taking orders for the next phase. They are alternating builds between Maybeck(in 4s) and Pasado(in del sur) so they don’t compete. It also saves money on build teams.

    That last build was a crazy 26 homes or so. This next build will be about 14 or so. Though I wouldn’t buy right now. I would wait till December when prices will be down seasonally.

    Long term yes, higher rates. But for short term you should be playing the other side of the coin.
