ParticipantThis place would have been a deal if it was in the high 3’s or even the low 4’s..which were the prices last Dec.
Solar does come on every unit though, and no mello roos, so it’s not bad compared to other new product. The builder knows this and priced things accordingly.

Exactly. This community was finished years before the peak of the bubble. If they sell now they are still making a profit. That’s IF they want to sell.
