    It’s all about the freeway noise in that area. Add to the fact it’s almost a 40 year old tiny house, and you are looking at the low 4’s before it will sell.

    There’s a few good things working for it. Great freeway access, great schools, and no Mela Roos.

    Yeah, looks like another bid war listing. Should finish above 1M…but yeah still a comp killer.

    I love how the bank robbing foreclosed trash took even the water heater.

    Nice.

    Really though, the current refinancing fed backed plan is helping the people who can truly afford the house, and NOT helping those who can not. So, it looks like it’s working.
