Yeah, term life insurance is cheap. But if you don’t like the loan, pay that sucker off. Make that priority #1…even over vacations or new cars.

Yes, worst idea ever. Those rooms were for dock workers and military. Now they’ll end up as crap condos, soon to go bankrupt. Then back into apartments/motel rooms.
