ParticipantYeah, I just found out the Maybeck were now starting in the low 6’s. Yep, I agree they will always be more than the pasado’s…they are much larger.
Both projects seem to be selling. Which goes to show you, if it’s price right, it will sale.

ParticipantI knew that 550 was a magic number for a SFH. Basically, they sold out of over 20 homes in less than 3 weeks.
Maybecks are just over the weekend hit the low 600’s.
Kudos to William Lyon for being aggressive with the prices. Poo-poo to Parde.

ParticipantI love old guys …my granddad was one of those guys that didn’t want to sell…ever. He could have sold his prime lots while he and grandma were in retirement and lived like sun-belt royally. My uncle, after grandad past away, sold most off for pennies on the dollar in the 90’s. The absolute worst time to sell land.
Thinking back though, maybe owning prime land made him feel good.
