Funny, but almost surely false – even on hottest days it does not get hot enough to require AC before 9 or so. At 7 AM it will be nice and cool and there may even be fog.
Coastal San Diego, however, it is definitely not.[/quote]
Aside from the heat factor (or not), what are the other pros and cons?

Gawd I love “research” by psychologists. It’s like focus groups. I have a group of friends i care about but don’t want them in my business TOO much…or to be in theirs.
I feel the essentials of what is important is not turbo charging information access of people’s lives with computers.
People used to write heart felt letters with a fountain pen and enclosed photos. Often those letters were cherished and saved. OHH the savagery of those times.
Sometimes ya gotta ask yourself, “How much is too much?” Ultimately — to each, his own. Live your life according to your needs the best you can. It’s all good I guess.

I spend too much time at a computer for my work. I might take a break to visit a forum of interest like this one BUT I am not really interested in all that social media stuff. I just don’t care what folks are doing with their lives. Odd, I guess. Or not.
And I don’t want the world (and X wife) knowing who my friends are or what I am doing. All this web 1.0 and web 2.0 stuff LOL… what a bunch of dumb ass 1998 labeling crap.
Give me a simple uncluttered life and I am fine. I would rather be trout fishing while the rest of the world stares and punches at plastic.
