ParticipantOh I will be adding a veg garden π
I am passing on the fake turf after considering alot of things – some mentioned here. My landscaper is going to install a grass where the root system is embedded in soil and you spread this soil on the yard, water and grow. He suggests installing in the spring so I have to wait awhile.

Do you know anyone who bought a REO from HomEq (they are a servicer for Deutsche Bank). How rigid or flexible they are with price, contingencies etc.,[/quote]
Sorry. Dunno anything about them. I am not sure if bank asset managers have strict guidelines of if certain individuals are more hardazz than others.
Like my agent constantly reminds me, “Ya Just Don’t Know”. π

I am getting quotes on stuff tomorrow. The Bank has not sent back the signed Addendum yet so the clock has not started ticking. My agent and I are watching the clock on this one. Good point you make.
I don’t think it is unreasonable to approach the bank with findings. I didn’t know and they didn’t know at the time of pricing bidding.
But it’s nuts out there. We will see how it plays soon enough.
Stay tuned.
