ParticipantAzure gets a thumbs up from me : ) I prefer the view side of Genoa but I also like the top of the hill and quietness of Milan way. Schoolhouse way is above my price range and I find it curious the build quality is better in Azure? I am looking for a view home preferably on Glencrest, Stargaze, Genoa, or Milan and am hoping to be able to get one <650K.

ParticipantWhat’s the inventory for single family detached? Don’t all those empty downtown condo’s balloon the general inventory numbers for those not interested in condo and downtown? I keep hearing about shadow inventory but I don’t see any- I guess only the shadow knows. As for being bullish on homes- you agents out there I think will confirm the interest level for single family homes near median market prices has been insane despite the news about unemployment, bank problems, systemic meltdowns etc.

ParticipantC’mon now, by pulling out something like that you just prove my point- all of the good view lots under 700K have been picked over. Nice big yard and all but scraping the bottem of the barrel as far as view homes go.
