Not for me. That house backs up to Black Mtn. Rd, very near the 56. You will have cars driving by your backyard all day/night long. Also, making a left turn from Pimpernel to Black Mtn. will be hell in morning rush hour.
I actually had a friend that lived on that street when I grew up in PQ. It’s not as bad as you would think but it can be annoying sometimes. I remember hanging out in the backyard at night and heard someone crash their motorcycle on BMR. We could hear him yelling and cussing at himself (single vehicle accident).
Also, you can’t make a left on BMR from Pimpernel. You have to turn right on BMR and do a u-turn or turn left on Park Village if you want to get to the 56.
Oni KoroshiParticipantI have a dog and I feel that the fact that other people have cats that they consider to be pets diminishes the relationship I have with my dog.

Oni KoroshiParticipant$515/year in mello roos and HOA fees. That’s a deal breaker right there. It’s also a short sale, so that’s probably just the usual teaser price.

Oni KoroshiParticipantSo the only buying criteria for a car now is if it runs and lasts 100k miles?
The big 3 have been out of touch with what American consumers actually want for a while now. Yes they make some great cars but they’ve made a lot more crap ones.
Not enough innovation, underestimating the competition, and letting the financial division get ahead of their vehicle design division pretty much sums it up their failure.
If someone is spending that much money on a car, probably the 2nd most expensive purchase they’ll ever make, they expect a lot more than just the minimum.
Blindly supporting a flawed system is a sure fire way to make things go from bad to worse. They American auto industry needs to go back to what made them successful in the first place and stop thinking about short term profits.
