ParticipantI want to thank EastCoAnonRealtor for coming forward and tipping BMIT off in regard to Stan-the-Man (Stanley Gentry). The information was then forwarded to the FBI and we have result a year and a half later. This is what can happen when ordinary citizens pool their efforts together to help out resource straped law enforcement.

I don’t like Adkins. we evolved to like carb, that is how we are programmed. go with whole grain carbs but you can’t eliminate carbs, it is not realistic.
we also evolved to walk. so if you are not walking 40 minutes daily, you will gradually head toward obesity.
