ParticipantI agree with kev374. Get what you can comfortably afford now. If your salary goes up then upgrade to a new house. If your salary goes down or you lose a job you have a safety margin.

ParticipantIt can’t hurt to submit an offer and see how serious they are.
The house looks nice on the outside but all of the rooms inside look cramped, the kitchen as well.
